Reporting to GM/Vice President: Global Sportswear. Footwear Creation Leadership responsibilities for consumer segments; Sports Inspired ($1.1B), Metro Sport ($380M) and NSW Studio ($1b). This included origination of consumer target, innovation plan, strategic and product plan for all consumer segments. Products included Air Force 1, Dunk, Cortez, Air Max 1 and Air Max 90. Reporting to GM/Vice President Asia Pacific. Responsible for Footwear Merchandising across all categories including major markets of China, Japan & South Korea and emerging markets of South East Asia. This included FW assortment planning for Beijing Olympics including Flywire Launch and Scale. Revenue Growth + 26% $2B GPM +210bpts.

Reporting to GM/VP Core Performance. Responsible for all Performance Footwear Creation under $90 (exception Soccer/Cleated).
