SENIOR DIRECTOR: NIKE LOCAL PRODUCT CREATION June 2013 - September 2016

Reporting to GM/Vice President: Merchandising/Product Creation. Responsible for all Nike Local Footwear and Apparel Creation. This includes 8 Footwear and Apparel categories together with all Nike Factory Store Apparel Creation. Originated and lead Nike Local Product Creation re-set strategy and re-organization. FY 15 Revenue Growth +21% $ 1.5b GPM% 180bpts. 

SENIOR DIRECTOR: BRAND MERCHANDISING: NORTH AMERICA June 2011 - June 2013

Reporting to GM/Vice President: Merchandising/Product Creation: North America. Responsible for all cross category/channel merchandising. This included platform and classification assortment harmonization, Pricing/Profitability/Productivity/Efficiency Center of Excellence, Enhanced Analytics and Consumer Prediction together with all segmentation/differentiation leadership. Revenue Growth +17% $14B GPM% +140bpts.

CATEGORY FOOTWEAR LEADER: NIKE SPORTSWEAR October 2008 – June 2011

Reporting to GM/Vice President: Global Sportswear. Footwear Creation Leadership responsibilities for consumer segments; Sports Inspired ($1.1B), Metro Sport ($380M) and NSW Studio ($1b). This included origination of consumer target, innovation plan, strategic and product plan for all consumer segments. Products included Air Force 1, Dunk, Cortez, Air Max 1 and Air Max 90. Revenue Growth + 10% $5B GPM +110bpts. 

SENIOR DIRECTOR: ASIA PACIFIC MERCHANDISING: FOOTWEAR April 2007 – October 2008

Reporting to GM/Vice President Asia Pacific. Responsible for Footwear Merchandising across all categories including major markets of China, Japan & South Korea and emerging markets of South East Asia. This included FW assortment planning for Beijing Olympics including Flywire Launch and Scale. Revenue Growth + 26% $2B GPM +210bpts.

FOOTWEAR PRODUCT DIRECTOR: CORE PERFORMANCE February 2005 – April 2007

Reporting to GM/VP Core Performance. Responsible for all Performance Footwear Creation under $90 (exception Soccer/Cleated). This included all innovation, strategic planning, line planning and creation. Product/ Innovation platforms created included Nike Reax, Nike Flex, Nike Dual/Triple Fusion. Also Air Monarch, T-Lite and Dart franchises. Revenue Growth $600M to $1.3B. GPM +160bpts.

PRODUCT LINE MANAGER: MENS TRAINING FOOTWEAR December 2002 – February 2005

Reporting to Footwear Product Director. Responsible for Footwear Product Line Management for all markets outside the US. Focus on EMEA and Japan. Revenue growth +41% ($300M).

Reporting to Footwear Business Director. Responsible for Footwear product selection, assortment planning, pricing, margin management and sales scenario planning. FW market share +300bpts (30.1%).
