I have spent my career connecting, strategizing, creating and merchandising for consumers who live at intersection of sport, performance, lifestyle and creativity. 

My professional philosophies and passions are very straightforward – connect with the consumer, drive excellence, build high performing teams, create great culture. Oh – and have fun along the way. 

At Nike and adidas I have enjoyed leadership roles in General Management, Product Creation and Merchandising - in Footwear, Apparel, Performance, Lifestyle, Women’s, Men’s and Kids categories.

This portfolio is designed to showcase the value of these experiences - for the organization, for myself and for the talent involved. Also, to demonstrate that occasional failure is a good thing! 

Lastly the intention is to illustrate how formidable consumer knowledge, excellent product strategy/execution plus savvy merchandising, are the key accelerators when building brand, business, team and culture.
